Please note that the profit chances are estimated at the time of publishing of the article. Most programs are pyramid schemes, which means that the chance is getting lower with the time. So it is not recommended to invest based on too old reviews. You should consider that all HYIP programs are money games unless it is proven otherwise! Fast Review FAQ

Nice program with nice plans. I’ll probably shoot for the 14 days plan - “Offshore VI”. It has the chance to survive long, all depends on the amount of publicity they will attract.

Bridge News- GPS Buddy

Thursday 29 November 2007 @ 11:21 am

GPS Buddys oversubscribed more than 2,5 times
ACH Securities in Switzerland reports on behalf of their Bridge investors that GPS Buddy´s second issue of 1,3 million Euros was also this time heavily oversubscribed more than 2.5 times.

Due to the over subscription, the available shares of 1,3 million Euro, will be allocated in a drawing process where members that did not receive any shares in the first issue will be prioritized. In January, GPS Buddys last issue will take place with a approved prospectus at a higher valuation together with their financial advisor William Fry in Ireland. Securities dealer based in Ireland. Bridge will in December announce the dates and places for the investment Road shows in Europe with the Co- founders of GPS Buddy Holding Ltd

GPS Buddy receives additional growth capital trough loans from the co- founders.
In anticipation of this last Private placement, with William Fry Solicitors and BDO Simpson Xavier, GPS-Buddy are reporting the timely publishing of the Prospectus will come in February 2008. GPS Buddy has had two initial investment rounds in July and October 2007, based on the Information Memorandum. The both share offers was heavenly oversubscribed and limited to 2.5 million euros in order to comply with the EC Prospective Directive rules.

As a result either Bridge or its many members did not get full allotments at the current valuation of the company due to this high interest and need therefore to wait until the Irish Stock Exchange approves the company’s prospectus.

The two company founders has after consultation with William Fry Solicitors – decided to make personal shares available for ACH Securities to administrate those extra shares to certain interested members in Bridge within the EC Prospective Directive rules, to grow the GPS Buddy faster by giving out personal loans to the company from sold shares.

GPS-Buddy will therefore have capital to speed up the production of the GPS-Buddy CONNECT units at this very moment to meet surprising demand from Europe and the United States.

This will help GPS-Buddy manufacture and market especially its new product - the GPS-Buddy CONNECT - in great quantities across Europe and the United States. GPS-Buddy believes that this product will reshape the volume market of tracking & tracing solutions and will place GPS-Buddy as one of the leading providers of tracking and tracing solutions in the world.

The founders have last week, with help from William Fry, signed agreements that their loans will remain, until the company makes profit which means that the capital from Bridge investors can not be used to pay back any of the loans.

GPS Buddy winner of prestigious SEMA Award in Las Vegas.
In anticipation of the launch of the GPS-Buddy CONNECT during the 2008, International CES in Las Vegas next January, the GPS-Buddy CONNECT was introduced to the North American marketplace at the SEMA Show earlier this month. Here the audience was given a preview of what the GPS-Buddy CONNECT can mean to the fleet management and tracking & tracing industries.

The SEMA Show, which is not open to the general public, is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world and took place in Las Vegas. For four days, GPS-Buddy was engaged in countless discussions with distributors, resellers, potential customers, car manufacturers, and members of the media.

“Not only was the response overwhelming, the GPS-Buddy CONNECT also won a SEMA Global Media Award in the Best New Product category” says, Tjibbe Veenstra, GPS-Buddy’s CEO. “The SEMA Global Media Award winners are selected from over two thousand new products by a jury of 50 automotive journalists and editors from all over the world, and we are very excited and encouraged by the instant recognition we received. At this moment we are signing numerous distribution deals with leading Garmin distributors and retail chains”

The GPS-Buddy CONNECT is a unique, all-in-one solution that turns Garmin range of navigators into interactive fleet tracking solutions that enables two-ways communications between driver and operator.

This fully functional fleet tracking system is available for Garmin’s personal navigation devices (PNDs). These include the Garmin nüvi, Street Pilot and the motorcycle unit, the Zümo.

“Thanks to the real-time information transmitted through the GPS-Buddy CONNECT, you will always know where your vehicle is and be able to communicate with the driver 24 hours a day, 7 days a week” says, Dethmer Drenth, GPS-Buddy’s Co-founder and Director of Research and Development. “The GPS-Buddy CONNECT replaces the standard power cable of the Garmin navigator and at the same time provides customers with all tracking and messaging features, all in one. It even works when the Garmin PND is switched off! The GPS SIRFstar III receiver that comes with each GPS-Buddy CONNECT keeps providing uninterrupted vehicle activity data”.

Because of the fact that Garmin (the largest producer of GPS products in the world) has a market share of approx. 60% in the United States, GPS-Buddy has focused to launch the GPS-Buddy CONNECT in the United States earlier than anticipated.

Why Passive Investing Beats Active Investing

Thursday 29 November 2007 @ 8:13 am

By Tushar Mathur

I’m a big proponent of investing passively by maintaining a diversified portfolio of index funds. It definitely takes the fun out of investing, but as far as I’m concerned, taking risks with money that is earmarked for my daughter’s education and our retirement is not meant to be fun anyway. Its serious business.

So what do I mean by passive investing. For me, it means that I don’t stay awake at night thinking (and worrying) of ways I can beat the stock market and make millions of dollars or on the flip side, make sure that I don’t gamble away all my hard earned money.

If you want to hear stories of why trying to beat the market is a waste of time, I would definitely recommend reading the book “Wise Investing made Simple” by Larry Swedroe.

The best definition for Passive Investing I have seen so far is: An investment strategy involving limited ongoing buying and selling actions. Passive investors will purchase investments with the intention of long-term appreciation and limited maintenance.

Investopedia adds to this by saying, Passive Investing is also known as a buy-and-hold or couch potato strategy, passive investing requires good initial research, patience and a well diversified portfolio. Unlike active investors, passive investors buy a security and typically don’t actively attempt to profit from short-term price fluctuations. Passive investors instead rely on their belief that in the long term the investment will be profitable.

Passive investment management makes no attempt to distinguish attractive from unattractive securities, or forecast securities prices, or time markets and market sectors. Passive managers invest in broad sectors of the market, called asset classes or indexes, and, like active investors, want to make a profit, but accept the average returns various asset classes produce. Passive investors make little or no use of the information active investors seek out. Instead, they allocate assets based upon empirical research delineating probable asset class risks and returns, diversify widely within and across asset classes, and maintain allocations long-term through periodic re-balancing of asset classes.

Where as, Active management might best be described as an attempt to apply human intelligence to find “good deals” in the financial markets. Active management is the predominant model for investment strategy today. Active managers try to pick attractive stocks, bonds, mutual funds, time when to move into or out of markets or market sectors, and place leveraged bets on the future direction of securities and markets with options, futures, and other derivatives. Their objective is to make a profit, and, often without intention, to do better than they would have done if they simply accepted average market returns. In pursuing their objectives, active managers search out information they believe to be valuable, and often develop complex or proprietary selection and trading systems. Active management encompasses hundreds of methods, and includes fundamental analysis, technical analysis, and macroeconomic analysis, all having in common an attempt to determine profitable future investment trends.

So, in order to reach your financial goals, slow and steady wins the race! Hopefully, my review of the book “The Quiet Millionaire” written by Brett Wilder, can shed more light on the various aspects of saving and investing wisely.

Kind of cheap shot. It can live some time, but I would not bet on that. Plan one is with quick principal return so it could be tried for a month.

Gold Is Hitting All Time High in Over 20 Years

Sunday 25 November 2007 @ 8:00 pm

With the price of gold running at almost all time high at over $800 now, it is just as good by leaving your money at e-gold or e-bullion without the risk of being scammed by many HYIPs. I was fortunate to have well paying programs and having money in e-gold at the same time. Until my programs are stopped paying or more suitable program came along the way, I will stick my previous consistent programs (Cobextrade, Mininvestment, and OpenTrade) for now. Out of all threes, I like the Mininvestment best.

Beware of PioneerProFund

Sunday 25 November 2007 @ 7:31 am

By HYWD

While browsing TalkGold I found a program called Pioneer Profund Financial - www.pioneerprofund.com - which claims to be registered and legal.

I did not care to check the claim, but I was irritated by the way they try to sound like the legal mutual fund company Pioneer Funds. They call themselves PIONEER INVESTMENT CORPORATION, but it should be clear for you that they have nothing to do with Pioneer Investments, a real investment company.

The website of Pioneer Profund Financial is done wery well, with stock charts, complicated registration and login, serious sounding texts and all that could make you think they are a real thing.

At the same time, there are all the signs of a typical HYIP:

  • High referral commission - 15% - 30%!
  • Low minimum “investment” - just $20 in the “Pioneer Cash Plan”
  • Daily ROI over 1%

Don’t be missleaded by all the phones and complicated stuff on the site. This is just a HYIP and hides all the risks of HYIP “investing”.

Should I Buy A Trading System?

Saturday 24 November 2007 @ 9:09 am

By Peter Marsden

When I started learning to trade Forex, I looked online for resources and the first thing I came across were people selling all these systems where the owners were claiming results which were nothing short of amazing. I remember one ad claiming “Make $500 per day with our currency trading strategy – no risk”. For obvious reasons I was highly dubious about such a claim. I clicked the link and read the page and there were various claims and testimonials from users of this system. At the bottom of the page was the “gimme money” link. They wanted $39 via paypal for this amazing strategy. I did not buy it, it quickly dawned on me that if they could make $500 per day with their trading, they would never sell it to anyone, as it would be the “holy grail”.

This one was one of the more obvious scams out there, but unfortunately it is my belief that virtually all the systems out there for sale are not worth anything. If the person who designed the system could make real money with it, do you really think he would sell it for a pittance?

There are many interesting free strategies online, some of them have actually done very well historically.

In conclusion it is my view that if you see someone trying to sell a strategy online, it will almost certainly not be worth the money. It is far better to devise your own strategy that suits your own risk tolerance, and time commitments. As with most things in life, If it sounds to good to be true, it almost always is.
