We have been and always try to follow up with FX-Experts, Marcos on the happenings of our fund. He has also appeared a few months back in HYIPDiscussion forums explaining what is going on with the money and what he has been doing. He got me pretty excited on a forex scalping system which gave me the impression and brought some hope on us even getting our principle back.

Tonnes of email poured in my mailbox to ask about the following up and many of the investors have already given up hope on the recovery of the funds.

Attempts were made to contact Marcos from time to time. Phone calls were made to his place but no one picks up the phone. According to Jose (MegaInvForum if anyone remembers), Marcos is out on a trip (as usual) and won’t be back so soon.

The last time I received any private messages from Marcos himself was about his failed marriage about a month back, and that’s simply it. A one liner. Nada, nothing else.

We will try to email and call him again to get him to give an answer to all of us here, but should it be futile, a solicitor letter will be sent to him. The downlines on my FXE account mailing list is still around and we will request for your account details to be consolidated before taking any legal action.

We are no longer interested in HYIP games here in this community, only genuine opportunities. Scammers can try harder to get into our good books, but chances of getting blacklisted is higher than even getting a review.

One member of g-investment.info has reported about a problem in this HYIP. He told us that the admin isn’t paying his profits over 4 days now. Unfortunately this program isn’t being monitored by Goldpoll and we can’t put the PROBLEM status for this HYIP. Please be careful!

During the last few days their site was offline. The admin of Netherlands - Investment HYIP has reported that they have moved their site to a new host because of DDoS attack. And now their HYIP is online. Also we’ve been notified that they’ve changed their e-mail address. To contact the admin please use this e-mail: netherlands_investment[a]yahoo.com

Unfortunately this program is marked as problematic HYIP because we can’t access our account. But we’ve already contacted the admin for resolving of this situation.

Today we’ve found that the admin of Vip Pay Gold is spammer. He has sent spam stating that our team are recommending his HYIP. But you know that we hate SPAM and spammers. Therefore we’ve moved this program to our Blacklist without any notifications to the admin. Also we’ve found that our banner was replaced with another fake banner with the incorrect program status on their RateUs page. Please be careful!

Please pay your attention to GoldVox HYIP. The admin of this HYIP isn’t paying profits, but their website is open for a new members. Also we’ve been reported about a FAKE rating banner on their pages. Please note that this program is situated in our BlackList. But the admin is using banner with the “paying” status. Do not deal with this program please!

Today we’ve received one notification from the admin of Suprema Trade Fund . They will upgrade and add a new features to their website. They estimate that this update will be completed today 25 July 2007. Also they notify in advance that their site may be inaccessible during the period of their updates.
